How to enjoy it
For traditional matcha, whisk a small quantity of powder with hot water until smooth and lightly frothy.
For an iced matcha latte, blend the powder with a little water before adding cold milk and ice. It is also ideal for iced matcha infusions, including fruit-flavoured drinks.
