Oolong 50g Pouch

Oolong tea is a traditional Chinese tea which sits between green and black tea in oxidation, giving it a distinctive flavour and aroma. Its partially fermented, resulting in a complex taste that can range from floral and fruity to toasty and rich. I would place our Oolong somewhere in the middle but what did impress me was its freshness and clarity of taste.

 Oolong is often hand rolled into curled or twisted leaves and is prized for its smooth, balanced character and refreshing finish.
