Our Genmaicha is a balanced blend of green tea and toasted rice, producing a light, refreshing cup with a subtle nutty character. The toasted rice softens the green tea, making it particularly easy to drink and well suited to any time of day.

This is a calm, straightforward tea with a clean finish — comforting without being heavy, and flavourful without bitterness.

Brewing guide

• Use 1 teaspoon per cup
• Water just off the boil (around 80°C)
• Brew for 2–3 minutes
